8. Non-Refundable Fees Clause

By using Lawyers2go, you agree and acknowledge that all transaction fees, including transaction service fees paid to Lawyers2go, and the Stripe processing fees are non-refundable. This policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to the early termination of services, user dissatisfaction, or any other reason that might arise during or after the transaction.

Lawyers2go reserves the right to modify the nature and scope of its fees at any time. It is the user's responsibility to review the applicable fees and charges prior to making any transaction.

In the event of disputes or questions regarding fees, please contact our support team at support@lawyers2go.law, but please note that refunds or reversals of service and transaction fees will not be issued.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Bernardino County.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
