Article 1 — SMS Program Terms
I. Program Description. By enrolling in or otherwise consenting to receive text messages from Lawyers2Go LLC, you authorize Lawyers2Go LLC to send recurring SMS, MMS, or other text messages to the mobile telephone number you provide in connection with case, quote, and account notifications for the Lawyers2Go legal services marketplace. Messages may include marketing, promotional, transactional, account-related, informational, service, reminder, and customer-care communications, depending on the consent you provide and the nature of your relationship with Lawyers2Go LLC.
II. Consent to Receive Automated Marketing Messages. By submitting your mobile telephone number through lawyers2go.law, a form, checkout page, account registration page, keyword opt-in, written consent form, or other consent mechanism made available by Lawyers2Go LLC, you expressly authorize Lawyers2Go LLC and its service providers to send recurring automated marketing and non-marketing text messages to that number. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Lawyers2Go LLC.
III. Message Frequency. Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your account activity. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with Lawyers2Go LLC, your account activity, promotions, service needs, or changes to the SMS program.
IV. Charges and Carrier Terms. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for all charges imposed by your mobile carrier or service provider. Your carrier’s message and data rates, terms, conditions, and restrictions apply to your receipt of messages from Lawyers2Go LLC. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
V. Supported Carriers and Delivery. SMS message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier, network operator, and other third-party messaging intermediaries. Lawyers2Go LLC does not guarantee that any message will be delivered within any particular time frame or that messages will be delivered at all.
Article 2 — Opt-Out and Help Instructions
I. How to Opt Out. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Lawyers2Go LLC at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from Lawyers2Go LLC. After you opt out, Lawyers2Go LLC may send a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further marketing text messages will be sent to the opted-out number unless you subsequently provide renewed consent.
II. Other Revocation Methods. You may also revoke consent by contacting Lawyers2Go LLC at pamela@lawyers2go.law, 888.343.1538, or 10995 Eucalyptus Street, Suite 103, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 and identifying the mobile telephone number for which consent is being revoked. Lawyers2Go LLC will honor revocation requests within a commercially reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
III. Help Instructions. For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from Lawyers2Go LLC or contact Lawyers2Go LLC at pamela@lawyers2go.law or 888.343.1538.
IV. Number Changes. If you change, transfer, deactivate, or relinquish your mobile telephone number, you agree to opt out before doing so or promptly notify Lawyers2Go LLC at pamela@lawyers2go.law. You agree that Lawyers2Go LLC will not be liable for messages sent to a number that you provided before Lawyers2Go LLC receives and has a reasonable opportunity to process notice that the number is no longer yours.
Article 3 — User Eligibility and Responsibilities
I. Authorized User. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided, or that you have authority to consent to receive messages at that number.
II. Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to keep your information current. You may not provide a mobile telephone number that you do not own, control, or have authority to use.
III. Program Changes. Lawyers2Go LLC may modify, suspend, or terminate its SMS program, in whole or in part, at any time. Lawyers2Go LLC may also change the telephone number or short code from which messages are sent and will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes where required or appropriate.
Article 4 — A2P 10DLC Registration and Compliance
I. A2P Messaging Program. Lawyers2Go LLC may register and operate its SMS program as an application-to-person messaging campaign, including through A2P 10DLC registration, vetting, and carrier compliance processes.
II. Public Terms and Privacy Policy. Lawyers2Go LLC maintains these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy in a publicly accessible form to support SMS program transparency, consumer consent disclosures, and A2P 10DLC campaign registration requirements. Beginning June 30, 2026, new A2P 10DLC campaign submissions through Twilio’s Messaging REST API require publicly accessible privacy policy and terms-and-conditions URL fields, and campaign creation requests that omit those fields may be rejected during campaign review.
III. Prohibited Use. You may not use Lawyers2Go LLC’s SMS program for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive purposes, or in any manner that interferes with the operation of the program or violates applicable carrier, messaging, or platform requirements.
Article 5 — Privacy
